These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the CineFX application, owned by Daniele Di Gregorio, P. IVA 13131880018, located at Corso Govone 18, 10129 Torino (TO), hereinafter also the “Provider”.
By accessing or using CineFX (hereinafter “Service”), you agree to these Terms in full. Access to and use of the Service is conditional upon your reading and full acceptance of these Terms.
App: means the CineFX mobile application, available for iOS and Android devices.
User: any individual who accesses, installs, or uses the App.
Service: the set of features and content offered by CineFX.
Subscription: the annual paid plan that provides access to advanced features.
CineFX provides digital tools for film professionals, including: equipment database, focus tools, special effects, data management, and practical utilities during production.
To use CineFX you must create an account by providing your first name, last name, email and a password. The user agrees to provide truthful data and promptly update any changes.
Subscription is for one year and automatically renews unless cancelled by the user, who can manage his or her plan by accessing the personal area at https://account.cinefx.danieledigregorio.it.
The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the subscription without giving any reason within 14 days of subscription, as provided by Italian law. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send a written notice addressed to Daniele Di Gregorio by email to [email protected]. Cancellation of the subscription after the withdrawal period does not entitle the user to a refund, but allows the user to use the service until the natural expiration of the subscription.
The app is distributed on a freemium basis. Some advanced features are available by annual subscription at a price of €9.99 for the first year and €14.99 for subsequent years.
Payments are handled through Stripe, via the Provider’s online platform. The Provider does not store payment data directly.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or deactivate a user’s account in the event of:
The Provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently modify, suspend or disable the App or some of its features, with or without notice. Any changes will be communicated through the official website or by email.

You are responsible for the safekeeping of your credentials and the use that is made of your account.
Technical support is provided via forms available on the official website. Support is provided via email. Intervention on malfunctions is guaranteed in the shortest possible time.
For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the Court of Turin will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Failure to comply with even one of the clauses of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of the contract and deactivation of the account, without the right to refunds.

Pursuant to Article 28 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the User, if it processes personal data of third parties through the App, appoints Daniele Di Gregorio, as provider of the Service, as Data Processor, with respect to the processing operations performed through the technical infrastructure of the Service. The parties are committed to mutual compliance with data protection regulations.
